Conference of Members of Parliament from the NATO Countries

1966-2000

The 12th Conference unanimously agreed to rename the organisation as the North Atlantic Assembly. The first logo was created.

NAA

2000-2011

In 1999 when the North Atlantic Assembly became the NATO Parliamentary Assembly a new logo had to be designed because the old one was a graphic based on the letters NAA.
The concept for the new logo was simple: combine the NATO star with a parliamentary hemicycle.

2011-2017

A re-looking of the website in 2011, led to a revised logo. The concept stayed. The NATO star no longer perches on top of a hemicycle, but is embraced in a stylized, three-tiered chamber.

The 2017 logo on the new website retains the same concept but improves the sense of perspective.
